The Department of Revenue shall issue a certificate of title pursuant to a filed affidavit of ownership substantially similar to the affidavit provided in Section 63-21-30(22) for a manufactured home or a mobile home that is manufactured before July 1, 1999.Added by Laws, 2024, ch. 494, SB 2764,§ 1, eff. 5/8/2024.
