Section 63-21-51 - Duty of lienholder named in notice of security interest to disclose security agreement and secured indebtedness

A lienholder named in a notice of security interest filed by the State Tax Commission shall, upon written request of the owner or of another lienholder named on the certificate, disclose any pertinent information as to his security agreement and the indebtedness secured by it.Codes, 1942, § 8125-45; Laws, 1968, ch. 531, § 25; Laws, 2001, ch. 596, § 67, eff. 7/1/2001.
