Section 63-21-73 - Penalty for felonies

Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter herein or by the laws of this state declared to constitute a felony shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than five years, or by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.Codes, 1942, § 8125-56; Laws, 1968, ch. 531, § 36, eff. 8/9/1968.
