Upon the commissioner filing a report with the court attaching a copy of the sheriff's report of the sale and a list of the actual or proposed disbursements from the accepted bid, the court may enter a final order approving the sale and the disbursement of the proceeds from the accepted bid and include such other provisions as deemed appropriate by the court.
