Section 63-3-325 - Destruction, removal, etc

Every person convicted of a violation of Section 63-3-321 shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
