Section 63-5-11 - Power and authority of local authorities to alter limitations

The maximum size and weight of vehicles specified in this chapter shall be lawful throughout the state, and local authorities shall have no power or authority to alter the limitations stated in this chapter except as express authority to do so may be granted in this chapter.Codes, 1942, § 8264; Laws, 1938, ch. 200.
