Section 63-9-13 - Disposition of fines and forfeitures for violations of Chapter 3, 5 or 7

All fines and forfeitures collected upon conviction or upon forfeiture of bail of any person charged with a violation of any of the provisions of Chapter 3, 5 or 7 of this title constituting a misdemeanor shall be deposited in the treasury of the county maintaining the court wherein such conviction or forfeiture was had.Codes, 1942, § 8276; Laws, 1938, ch. 200.
