The State Highway Department is hereby authorized, in its discretion, to sell used road building materials of every kind, nature, and description to the various boards of supervisors for a reasonable and fair price. The funds received as a result of a sale contemplated by this section shall be deposited in the state treasury as required by Section 65-1-111.Codes, 1942, § 8041.7; Laws, 1962, ch. 253, eff. 5/25/1962.
