Section 65-1-155 - Transfer of funds to Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management

The State Highway Commission, acting through the Director of the State Highway Department, is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the sum of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) out of any money in the special fund accounts within the State Treasury to the credit of the State Highway Department into a special fund account to the credit of the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management within the State Treasury.Laws, 1986, ch. 303, § 1, eff. 7/1/1986 (Governor's veto overridden by Legislature on 2/13/1986).
