Section 65-1-17 - Rental of office space in buildings not owned by the state

In the event the department needs additional office space which cannot be provided either in state office buildings, or other state-owned buildings, the commission is hereby authorized to rent, on an annual or month-to-month basis on such terms as it may determine to be proper, such office space as may be necessary.Codes, 1942, § 3827-12; Laws, 1966, ch. 494, § 2; Laws, 1992, ch. 496, § 10, eff. 7/1/1992.
