There is created in the State Treasury a special fund, to be known as the 'Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Fund,' into which shall be deposited any federal monies that are made available for the establishment of electric vehicle infrastructure in the state. Any interest earned on the special fund shall be credited to the special fund and shall not be paid into the State General Fund. Any monies remaining in the special fund at the end of a fiscal year shall not lapse into the State General Fund.Added by Laws, 2021, ch. 464, SB 2598,§ 6, eff. 4/16/2021.
