Section 65-1-55 - Noxious weeds and plants prohibited in rights of way

No seed can be bought or planted by the Mississippi Highway Department for right of way seeding that contain more than the maximum allowance for noxious weed seed as prescribed by the Mississippi Pure Seed Law and regulations.
