Section 65-13-15 - Finding of public convenience and necessity

If the board of supervisors at the hearing provided in Section 65-13-13 finds that (1) the public convenience and necessity require the creation of the authority, and (2) the creation of the authority is sound and desirable, the board of supervisors shall adopt a resolution making the aforesaid findings and declaring its intention to create the authority in its respective county on the specified date.Codes, 1942, § 8368-08; Laws, 1966, ch. 603, § 8, eff. 6/17/1966.
