Section 65-13-27 - Oath of trustees

Each member of the board of trustees shall take and subscribe to the general oath of office, required by Section 268 of the Constitution of the State of Mississippi, before the chancery clerk that he will faithfully discharge the duties of the office, which oath shall be filed with the said clerk and by him preserved.Codes, 1942, § 8368-13; Laws, 1966, ch. 603, § 13, eff. 6/17/1966.
