Section 65-13-45 - Authority may act jointly with other governmental bodies

The authority, through its board of trustees, shall have authority to act jointly with political subdivisions of the state, agencies, commissions, and instrumentalities thereof, with other states, with municipalities, and with the federal government and other agencies thereof in the performance of the purposes and services authorized in this chapter, upon such terms as may be agreed upon by the trustees.Codes, 1942, § 8368-21; Laws, 1966, ch. 603, § 21, eff. 6/17/1966.
