Section 65-13-5 - Legislative determination

It is hereby declared, as a matter of legislative determination, that the construction, operation, and maintenance of highways and streets to serve areas of high traffic density will promote the economic development of the state.Codes, 1942, § 8368-03; Laws, 1966, ch. 603, § 3, eff. 6/17/1966.
