Section 65-25-125 - Powers of members of The Authority and compact administrator

There is hereby granted to the members of The Authority for the State of Mississippi, and to the compact administrator, all the powers provided for in the Arkansas-Mississippi Great River Bridge Construction Compact Authority. All officers of the State of Mississippi are hereby authorized and directed to do all things falling within their respective jurisdictions, which are necessary or incidental to carrying out the purposes of the Arkansas-Mississippi Great River Bridge Construction Compact.Laws, 1985, ch. 357, § 3, eff. 3/19/1985.
