Section 65-27-11 - Purchase of competing ferry

Any county or municipality authorized to construct bridges and issue bridge revenue bonds to pay the cost thereof is hereby authorized to acquire by purchase any competing ferry or ferries within fifteen miles of any such bridge, and to include the cost thereof as a part of the cost of construction of such bridge.Codes, 1942, § 8475; Laws, 1938, Ex. ch. 72.
