The following highway is deleted from the state highway system, removed from the jurisdiction of the Mississippi Transportation Commission and returned to the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors of Clay County:Northern District - Clay County:Mississippi Highway 389 beginning at the Clay/Oktibbeha County line and extending northerly to Montpelier.
