(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 309 in Marshall County, Mississippi, beginning at or near the community of Watson and running southerly for a distance of 9.5 miles until its intersection with Mississippi Highway 4, is hereby designated and henceforth shall be known as the 'Osborne Bell Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi State Highway Department is hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching such highway.Laws, 1988, ch. 305, § 1, eff. 3/7/1988.
