(1) The bridge which spans the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway on U. S. Highway 72 shall be designated and henceforth known as the 'William Russell Bonds Memorial Bridge.'(2) The Mississippi State Highway Department is hereby authorized and directed to erect appropriate markers at each end of such bridge.Laws, 1987, ch. 334, eff. 3/17/1987.
