(1) That portion of Interstate Highway 55 which is within Panola County is hereby designated and henceforth shall be known as the 'Cliff Finch Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi State Highway Department is hereby directed to erect appropriate signs at rest areas along such highway in Panola County.Laws, 1987, ch. 376, eff. 3/19/1987.
