(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 1 within the corporate limits of the City of Rosedale, Bolivar County, is designated and shall be known as 'Joe Pope Boulevard.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway.
