(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 16 in Yazoo County beginning at the Big Black River and extending northwesterly to its intersection with U.S. Highway 49 is designated and shall be known as the 'James 'Diddio' McDaniel and Stayce Wilkinson Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
