(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 305 in Tate County from its intersection with Mississippi 306 to its intersection with Pryor Road shall be known as the 'W.C. 'Bill' Hancock Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching such highway.
