(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 184 in Jones County beginning one-half (1/2) mile east of I-59 and extending easterly to its intersection with U.S. Highway 84 is designated and shall be known as the 'James Arnold Flowers Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
