(1) The bridge on U.S. Highway 90 in Mississippi that spans the Gulf of Mexico and St. Louis Bay between the municipalities of Bay St. Louis and Pass Christian is designated and shall be known as the 'Leo W. Seal, Jr., Memorial Bridge.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs and markers along and approaching, and at each end of, the bridge described in subsection (1) of this section, reflecting its name and the contributions made by the late Mr. Seal as a prominent economic development leader of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and a dedicated philanthropist and supporter of education throughout the state.
