(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 63 within the corporate limits of the City of Moss Point is designated and shall be known as 'Louis Jackson Boulevard.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the portion of highway described in subsection (1).
