(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 19 from its intersection with Mississippi Highway 15 in the City of Philadelphia which extends in a northerly direction to the corporate limits of such city is hereby designated as the 'Herman Alford Memorial Highway.'(2) The State Highway Department is hereby directed to erect appropriate signs on the designated segment of such highway.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 49, § 1, eff. 6/30/1990.
