(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 161 in Bolivar County beginning at its intersection with the northern corporate limits of the City of Mound Bayou and extending southerly to the southern corporate limits of the City of Mound Bayou, is designated and shall be known as the 'Dr. T.R.M. Howard Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
