(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 531 within Smith County, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with Mississippi 28 and extending to the Smith/Jasper county line shall be known and designated as the 'Staff Sergeant Mark Haskin Eaton Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the highway.
