(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 25 within the corporate limits of the Town of Belmont, Mississippi, shall be known and designated as the 'Mickey Gene Johnson Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the highway.
