(1) That segment of U.S. Highway 51 within the corporate limits of the Town of Coldwater, Mississippi, shall be known and designated as 'Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the highway.
