(1) That segment of U.S. Highway 84 within Adams County, Mississippi, shall be known and designated as 'Sgt. Todd Partridge Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the highway.
