(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 11 within Jones County, Mississippi, beginning at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 11 North and Magnolia/Eratta Road and extending to its intersection at the Jones/Jasper County line shall be known and designated as 'Jefferson 'Carl' Monk, Jr. Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the highway.
