(1) That segment of U.S. Highway 49E beginning at the southern corporate limits of the City of Greenwood and extending southerly to the Town of Sidon shall be known and designated as the 'Willye B. White Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching that segment of the highway.
