(1) That segment of U.S. Highway 72 located in Alcorn County within the town limits of the Town of Glen, is designated and shall be known as the 'William S. 'Seth' Ricketts Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching that segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
