(1) That segment of U.S. Highway 82, also known as the 82 Bypass, located within the corporate limits of the City of Starkville shall be known and designated as the 'Jack Cristil Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching that segment of highway.
