(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 15 North in Jasper County beginning at the Mississippi Army National Guard Armory and ending at the northern corporate limits of the City of Bay Springs is designated and shall be known as the Richard Alexandra 'Dickie' Ware Memorial Highway.(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
