(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 22 which is between the municipalities of Edwards and Canton in Hinds and Madison Counties is hereby designated, and henceforth shall be known as, the 'W. Felder Dearman Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi State Highway Department is hereby authorized and directed to erect memorials at appropriate locations along and approaching the highway.Laws, 1992, ch. 308 § 1, eff. 4/14/1992.
