(1) That section of Mississippi Highway 492 within the corporate limits of the Town of Union, Mississippi, is designated as the 'Blue Star Memorial Highway' in honor and in gratitude and appreciation for the contributions and sacrifices of the Armed Forces that have defended the United States of America.(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect suitable markers along that portion of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 327, SB 2586, 2, eff. 7/1/2014.
