(1) That bridge that spans the Pearl River on Mississippi Highway 44 in Marion County is designated and shall be known as the 'J.B. Ivy Memorial Bridge.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the bridge described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 367, HB 855, 1, eff. 3/17/2014.
