(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 63 in Jackson County beginning at its intersection with Freeman Road and extending southerly for one (1) mile is designated and shall be known as the 'Sergeant John E. Wells Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 406, HB 763, 1, eff. 3/19/2014.
