(1) That bridge that spans the Coldwater River on Mississippi Highway 309 in Marshall County is designated and shall be known as the 'Charles Foster Memorial Bridge.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the bridge described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 390, § 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
