(1) U.S. Highway 61 that lies in the State of Mississippi is designated and shall be known as the 'Military Order of the Purple Heart Trail.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 454, § 1, eff. 4/20/2015.
