(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 48 in Amite County, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with East Jerusalem Road and extending westerly to its intersection with West Jerusalem Road, is designated and shall be known as the 'Taurean Harris Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2016, ch. 373, HB 822, 1, eff. 7/1/2016.
