(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 35 within the corporate limits of the City of Batesville, Mississippi, from its intersection with Brewer Road to the point at which it intersects with Interstate Highway 55, is designated and shall be known as the 'Leonard Morris Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in this section.Added by Laws, 2017, ch. 430, HB 907, 4, eff. 7/1/2017.
