(1) That overpass bridge on Mississippi Highway 309 that spans Interstate 269 in Marshall County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as 'Jim Tuttle Memorial Overpass.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain an appropriate plaque at each end of the overpass bridge, and suitable markers along and approaching the overpass bridge, described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2018, ch. 444, HB 1150,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2018.
