(1) That portion of U. S. Highway 84 in Franklin County, Mississippi, beginning four (4) miles west of its intersection with U. S. Highway 98 and extending to a point six (6) miles west of the intersection of U. S. Highway 84 and U. S. Highway 98 shall be known and designated as the 'George D. 'Danny' Nash, Jr., Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching such highway.Laws, 1994, ch. 360, § 1, eff. 7/1/1994.
