(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 759 in Choctaw County, Mississippi, located in the City of Ackerman, is designated as the 'James Plemon 'J.P.' Coleman Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2019, ch. 316, HB 1474,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2019.
